When the time comes to cheat, children are even happier. Halloween is back to bring joy and happiness. But while Halloween is a time of celebration and celebration, we teachers can turn our children into educational opportunities to teach a variety of related topics such as cultural diversity , tolerance, caring, social justice and more.
There are also digital activities specifically designed to engage children in a fun learning experience during this time and year. There are also interactive games, scary stories, and quizzes packed with fun and games that not only entertain children during Halloween.
But what is Halloween? What is the story behind this? Why Celebrate October 31? What does Celtic have to do with Halloween? When and where did this ancient culture originate? Why do children wear scary costumes during Halloween? What is the story behind fraud and treatment? What does Samhain have to do with Halloween? What other cultural practices are there to celebrate Halloween?
These and many other questions may be on the minds of many of our students and need to be answered. Remember, learning is always effective if it is based on experience, time, and real needs. To that end, I have put together a collection of videos on YouTube that you can use with your classmates to teach about the great tradition of Halloween. You can ask students to answer a few of these questions before you look at them together in class and discuss the whole class.
