Google Forms is another one of my favorites, but unlike Google Forms, Jotform offers a wide variety of pre-made, professional-looking forms that you can use for a variety of purposes. How to use form templates
Once you've found the form you're interested in, you can hover over it to view it, or click Use Form to open it in the form designer. Click Add Form Element to start customizing the form to your liking. You can easily drag and drop items onto the form including department name, first and last name, email address, address field, phone, select date and appointment, signature, fill in fields, list of products and more.
There are different types of questions you can include: short text, long text, paragraph, dropdown, yes/no question, single choice question, multiple choice options, picture choice, multi-line question, number, picture, etc. . Alternatively, you can add a file upload field to your forms and use Captcha to protect forms.
Your forms can also include spreadsheets, emoji, payment methods (if you choose to receive payments from respondents), and tools. Tools you can include in your forms include: Electronic Signature, Form Calculator, Image, Terms, Checklist, Various Text Boxes, Dynamic Text Box, Image Slider, Stock, YouTube, PDF Plugin, Image Download Preview, and Adobe Sign. How to change shape settings
When you're done editing the form, click Settings on the top bar, enter a short, descriptive name, and edit the form's settings to your liking. The options you want to enable or disable:

How to place the form
When you're done editing the form settings, click the Publish button on the top bar. Click "Settings" to change your privacy settings and permissions. You can make your own figure:
- Private: Only people you invite can access it.
- Audience: Available to everyone.
- Organization Access : Only available to members of your organization.
For permissions, you can choose from the following options: send only, send and view later, and send and edit later. There are several ways to share your form. You can share it with the generated unique URL, invite via email, share on social media platforms, share as scanned QR code, etc.
How to set up a Thanksgiving page
The thank you page is the last page respondents see when they submit your form. "Some use the page to customize the experience by personalizing the page. Others use it as a tool to redirect visitors to a specific page after filling out a form."
There are two ways to set up a thank you page: you can select a thank you page or you can redirect to an external link. Jotform offers a virtual thank you page that you can customize to your liking. To access it, tap Settings, then select Thank you page and follow the instructions.
