MobyMax is a learning platform that provides educational resources to 8th grade students. How will students register?
To register students on Mobymax, you'll need to log in to your teacher's account and click the "Register Name" button on the left sidebar. Then click on the Student List button and type or copy and paste the name of each student from the spreadsheet. You can add as many students as you like. When you're done, click Finish.
When students log in to MobyMax, they see supported topics. Students can start with an adaptation test to determine their level. MobyMax automatically assigns classes to students based on their placement test. As a teacher, you have complete control over your assigned material. You can move a scheduled lesson, assign a new lesson, or create your own custom test.
MobyMax printable worksheet
Available in Mobimax CV worksheet which can be accessed without internet connection . To find worksheets, you can search a Mobi resume by topic, category, keyword, or value. There are printable worksheets for math, language arts, partner reading, literature reading, literacy reading, writing workshops, science and social studies.
Class report
Students will see instant results as they take classes and start practicing. Click on a student's name to see their progress, activity history, level of achievement, and more. Based on this analytical report, you can identify skills gaps and areas that require further practice.
MobyMax gives you statistics on your overall class usage, overall active and passive students, learning skills in each module, and more.
Teachers can also access data on all subjects using the Class Board tab on the left sidebar, including the average time students spend with Moby, meeting standards, topics, issues, and more. Teachers can easily print this data in a single class report for sharing with others.
Instructors can use the Student tab on the left sidebar to view student data for a variety of topics. For example, they can view photos of all Moby student activities within a specified period of time and access data from each student organized by subject. Teachers can print reports for the whole class or for specific students.
Class tool
MobyMax provides teachers with useful tools to help them teach. These tools fall into three main categories:
A-Participation materials:
- Badges - MobyMax has over 500 types of badges used to reward students for their work. Students earn new badges if they answer 50 questions correctly.
- Quiz - This is another great feature to encourage student participation. You can create as many competitions as you want for your students. Additionally, you can create an "All School" competition, a competition between all the Mobi students in the school or all the Mobi classrooms in the school.
- Behavioral Vibration: Teachers can use behavioral vibrations to provide personalized feedback, reward good behavior, or eliminate distracting behavior. Mobi initially has several default vibes, but you can create a custom environment or edit the default atmosphere to reflect the values of your learning philosophy.
- Games: The game feature allows students to earn game time as a reward for correct answers to the lessons taught. The default viewing time ratio is one minute for every five minutes you work on the reported lesson. Instructors can change this setting at any time.
- Certificates: Students receive certificates when they have achieved some learning objectives, for example, when they have successfully completed five lessons in a subject module. MobyMax provides a certificate generator that students can use to design their certificates.
- Teacher Awards - Teacher Awards give you the opportunity to share bonuses that keep students motivated. Choose from how-to games called Game Minutes, Games, Badges, Moby Friend Minutes, Raffle Tickets or Maxoids.
